Terms and Conditions:

All guests should know that by making a reservation with Soulplaces, they are committing to everything contained in this Terms and Conditions document, so please read it carefully and check for updates on all reservations.

Reservation Confirmation
After confirming your reservation, the guest will receive an email from Soulplaces with the reservation confirmation and explanations about the apartment.
The Guest will be asked to fill out a Pre-Check-In form that will request arrival time, your flight and identification documents of all guests and will be responsible for the veracity of the information given.

CHECK-IN 
Check-in will be after 4:00 pm, via face-to-face or with self-check-in system if available.

TOURIST TAXES
Lisbon - A 2€ tax is applied per overnight stay and per guest over the age of thirteen up to a limit of 7 overnight stays.

Cleaning
The apartment will be cleaned before guests check in. Towels, bed linen, amenities and basic cooking items are included. Extra cleaning services, including change of sheets and towels, are available upon availability for an additional fee.
Guests before check-out should take out the trash from the apartment and leave it as organized as possible.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is until 11:00 am. 
Apartment keys must be left inside the apartment, on the main desk. They should NEVER be left in the door lock.
If the guest refuses to leave, Soulplaces reserves the right to enter the accommodation and call the proper authorities if necessary.

DAMAGES TO THE APARTMENT
Guests will be responsible for any damage to the accommodation and agree to pay for its repair/replacement, authorizing it to be charged to their credit or debit card, provided at the time of booking.

Pets:
No pets are allowed in the apartments in Lisbon and Costa da Caparica.
Upon request, pets may be allowed at the Chaparral house, Montemor-o-Novo.

Smokers:
Smoking is expressly prohibited in all Soulplaces properties.

Guest Responsibility:
Guests must respect, during their stay, their neighbors and should be especially careful with noise between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
Guests are primarily responsible for their own safety during their stay, and therefore they must respect the rules and instructions given to them. 

Cancellation Policy:
For a cancellation made up to 5 days prior to the arrival date, a fee of up to 5% of the booking price (credit card fees) will be charged.
For a cancellation made within less than 5 days of the arrival date, the full booking price will be charged.
Please note that there will be no refunds if the guest decides to leave earlier than the scheduled departure date.
It is recommended that guests review this cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation. Thank you for your cooperation.

Terms and conditions may be updated from time to time.
These terms and conditions are subject to Portuguese law. The Portuguese Courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any legal action relating to any accommodation booking with Soulplaces.
